Shipping Policy

  • We primarily us USPS as our shipping courier.
    • Rates for USPS shipping are automatically calculated at checkout.
    • Free shipping transit times may vary and a minimum purchase may be required. 
    • For faster shipping please choose a priority shipping option.
  • Our standard shipping window is 2-10 business days.
  • Please email with questions.
    • May take 1-3 business days to complete before transit time begins.
    • May be extended due to situations beyond our control after the courier takes control of your package.
    • May be affected by site wide sales and holidays.
    • Items that ship the day of purchase cannot be canceled. 
    • Payment issues may cause delays in processing and shipping.
      •  Orders ship primarily from our South Carolina warehouse. Orders may come in separate packages if dispatched from different an alternate warehouse.
        The cost of shipping is non-refundable on all orders.

          • We will issue tracking numbers via the email provided during checkout.
          • Contact us if you do not receive your tracking information after 5 business days from purchase.
