Return Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases.

We offer a 7 day return for exchange or store credit policy. Customers must message us to initiate a return within 24 hours of receiving order for this policy to be honored.

Please email returns@didiroyale.com with a detailed message of what you are requesting to return and provide a brief description of your return situation.

Returns 

  • We only grant returns for customers who contact us within 24 hours of receiving orders with items they would like to exchange or return for store credit. 
  • Receipt of goods is based on USPS notification of delivery and notice to us is based on email timestamp.
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and are initiated within the 24 hours of receipt are eligible for return.
  • Review Shipping Policy before purchase.
    No Refunds
    • Exceptions may apply please email us if you believe one is warranted to discuss any possible options we can extend.
    • The cost of shipping is non-refundable on all orders.
    • Refund(s), return for exchange(s) and/or store credit(s) will be calculated using the original order total less the cost of shipping.
    • We will email a return shipping label once you have been approved.
    • Returns that receive refunds may take 3-10 business days to be fully processed.
      • Didi Royale LLC has no control over the length of time banks take to return funds back into our customer’s account.
      • Please contact your bank to get a more accurate funds return update.
    • Returns who received free shipping may be assessed a shipping fee up to but not to exceed $10.
      • Fee assessment will be communicated before exchange is granted.
      Exchanges
      • Returns for exchange will only be granted for unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and are initiated within the stated window.
      • Exchanges that received free shipping may be assessed a shipping fee up to but not to exceed $10.
        • Fee assessment will be communicated before exchange is granted.
        Damaged items may qualify for exchange/refund.
        • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receipt to request a return and/or refund due to damage. 
          • Contact after 24 hours may be denied a refund and only allowed a return for exchange or store credit.
        • Customers will need to provide photographic evidence of damaged item(s) to be granted a return for refund.
        • The cost of shipping is non-refundable on all items.
        • Purposefully damaging items will result in a fraudulent return.
          Non-Returnable
          •  Non-Returnable policy has items that may not be returned with some exceptions.
            • Please email us if you are requesting to return an item on the non-returnable list with a detailed message.
          Fraudulent Claims will not be honored by Didi Royale LLC or didiroyale.com which include but are not limited to:
          1. Chargebacks 
          2. Purposely damaging items
          3. Claims of stolen/lost packages that were recorded as delivered by courier
            • We reserve the right to deny returns for fraudulent behavior.
            • Items returned that align with our fraud policy will be forfeited at the customers expense.

                Cancellation Policy

                • Contact cancellations@didiroyale.com immediately after deciding to cancel an order.
                • Processed orders cannot be cancelled.
                • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
                • All non-refundable items can be cancelled if they have not been processed or shipped out.
                • Items that ship the day of purchase cannot be canceled.
