Return Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Please inspect and try on all items purchased within the 5-day policy window.

We allow returns and exchanges in the first 5 business days after your purchase is delivered.

Please email returns@didiroyale.com with a detailed message of what you are requesting to return and provide a brief description of your return situation.

Returns 

  • We only grant returns for customers who contact us within 5 business days of receiving orders. 
  • Receipt of goods is based on USPS notification of delivery and notice to us is based on email timestamp from USPS.
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and are initiated within the 24 hours of receipt are eligible for return.
  • Review Shipping Policy before purchase.
  • Products labeled: DEFECTIVE STYLE or POSSIBLE DEFECTIVE STYLE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Styles marked defective have been reported as having some type of defect/damage that is not discoverable until after the initial wear occurs.

Non-Refundable

  • The cost of shipping is non-refundable on all orders.
  • Returns that receive refunds may take 3-10 business days to be fully processed with your bank.
    • Didi Royale LLC has no control over the length of time banks take to return funds back into our customer’s account.
    • Please contact your bank to get more accurate funds return timing information.

Exchanges

  • Returns for exchange will only be granted for unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and are initiated within the stated window.

Damaged items may/may not qualify for exchange/refund.

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving items that are damaged or defective to request a return/exchange/refund. 
    • Customers who contact us after 24 hours may be denied a refund and only allowed an exchange or may only receive store credit.
  • Customers that receive regular items, that are not marked DEFECTIVE STYLE, will need to provide photographic evidence of damage/defective item(s).
    • Purposefully damaging items will result in a fraudulent return and will not be honored.
  • The cost of shipping is non-refundable on all items including damaged items.

Non-Returnable

  •  Non-Returnable policy has items that may not be returned with some exceptions.
    • Please email us if you are requesting to return an item on the non-returnable list with a detailed message.

Fraudulent Claims will not be honored by Didi Royale LLC or didiroyale.com which includes but is not limited to:

  1. Chargebacks. 
  2. Purposely damaging items to be granted a damage return.
  3. Claims of stolen/lost packages that were recorded as delivered by courier.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns for fraudulent behavior.
  • Items returned that align with our fraud policy will be forfeited at the customer’s expense.

Cancellation Policy

  • Contact cancellations@didiroyale.com immediately after deciding to cancel an order.
  • Processed orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Non-Returnable items can be cancelled if they have not been processed or shipped out.
  • Items that ship the day of purchase cannot be canceled.
