Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

  • USPS Shipping
    • Rates for USPS shipping are automatically calculated at checkout.
    • Free shipping transit times may vary and a minimum purchase may be required. 
    • Questions concerning shipping can be sent to shipping@didiroyale.com
    • Processing for Shipping
      • May take 1-3 business days to complete before transit times begin.
      • This time may be extended due to situations beyond the control of this company after USPS takes control of your package.
      • Items that ship the day of purchase cannot be canceled/refunded. 
    • Payment issues may cause delays in processing and shipping.
      • Locations
        •  Orders may come in separate packages if dispatched from different warehouses.
      • The cost of shipping is non-refundable on all orders.
        • Orders that received free shipping will be assessed a shipping fees if returns are requested.
      • Tracking numbers will be provided via email.
        • Contact tracking@didiroyale.com if you do not received your tracking information after 5 business days from purchase.
      • Issues listed below are the responsibility of the customer:
        • It is the customers responsibility to ensure packages are shipped to secure locations only.
        • Complete orderS with accurate shipping addresses before confirming purchase.
        • Compensation will not be provided for delayed, lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed orders.
      • Cancellations
        • Contact cancellations@didiroyale.com immediately after deciding to cancel an order.
        • Processed orders cannot be cancelled.
        • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
        • All non-refundable items can be cancelled if they have not been processed or shipped out.
      • Non Refundable items:
        • Beauty products such as makeup and tools
        • Belts
        • Bodysuits
        • Face Masks
        • Handbags
        • Hats
        • Jewelry
        • Lingerie/Undergarments
        • Sales and Discounted Items
        • Scarves
        • Sunglasses
        • Other items considered intimate in nature or otherwise protected by law.
      Returns:
       
      We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases and if you are not. we offer a 30 business day return policy.
      • Email returns@didiroyale.com with a detailed message of what you are requesting to return and provide a brief description of why.
      • Refunds will only be granted for those who contact us within 48 hours of receiving their orders. All other requests will be issued store credits.
        • 48 hour window is based on USPS notification of delivery.
      • Customers should provide photographic evidence of the condition of the product requesting return if damage is present.
      • The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
        • Your refund or store credit will be the original order total less the cost of shipping and less the cost of return shipping.
          • We will provide a return shipping label.
          • Customers who received free shipping will receive refunds or store credits less the cost of shipping and return labels.

      Additional return details:

      • Non-refundable items cannot be refunded with some exceptions.
      • Fraudulent claims will not be honored by didiroyale.com.
        • Which include chargebacks without reaching out to us to fix any issues beforehand.
        • Items returned for fraudulent returns will be forfeited at the customers expense.
        • We reserve the right to deny returns for fraudulent behavior.
      • Returns will be issued store credit instead of refund if received after 7 business days. 
        • We provide the return labels to expedite the return process.
      • Returns that receive refunds may take 3-7 business days to process through the customers bank before showing up in the customers account.
      • Please email us if you have questions that we have not answered within this policy.
      • Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, non-damaged condition, and have original tags attached.
      • If customers received damaged items they must contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt to discuss options.
        • Customers who contact us after 24 hours may be denied a damage return.
        • Photographs are require to request a damaged return.
