Standard International




  •  Shipping
    • Processing and handling is a standard 1-2 business days before transit time begins.
      • The shipment process begins after processing and handling clears.
      • Payment issues may cause delays in shipping.
    • The cost of shipping is a non-refundable amount and will not be returned if you request a return or exchange.
      • USPS is typically used to ship domestically and internationally.
      • Shipping time(s) vary depending on the number of items shipped and the location the items are dispatching from (China or US warehouses).
    • Orders may come in separate packages if dispatched from different warehouses due to low volume of inventory at one location.
    • Free shipping
      • Requires a minimum purchase amount to qualify. See chart for exact amount.
      • Returns on free shipping items will be assessed a fee comparable to the economy shipping rate.
    • International Shipments
      • Items can ship from the China warehouse or from the US warehouse.
      • Normal transit time from China is 10-20 business days but could take longer due to issues outside of the control of Didi Royale LLC.
    • Return fees and costs:
      • Fees associated will be communicate to the customer once a return is requested and approved.
        • Cost of a return label can be subtracted from the store credit or the customer can choose to supply their own shipping courier to return the item.
        • Tracking label must be supplied if customer elects to return via their own courier.
        • Fee are assessed for customers who received free shipping.
  • Tracking
    • We will supply you with the shipment tracking number once it is available.
    • Tracking will be available within 5 business days.
    • Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number after 5 business days.
    • Please be sure to double check that your shipping address is correct before supplying your payment as this may cause issues that will have to be handled through the carrier and will be out of our control once delivery begins.
  • Delays 
    • May occur due to severe weather, issues with the customs department, or due to increase volume of items being shipped due to sales promotions.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or by the customs department.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you have a way to secure your package(s) based on the arrival time estimate given by USPS.
    • Back-order items may be marked with an * at the end of the product description.
      • Back-orders happen to high order sales products that may be in reproduction in the factory at the time of purchase.
      • May take an additional 1-2 weeks to become available for shipping and will ship directly to you from the factory once production is complete.
      • An email will be sent to customers who have items on back-order and an estimated time-frame will be given.
      • Cancellations of back-order items: must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the email regarding back-order status otherwise item will be processed and unavailable for cancellation.
