Return/Exchange Policy

Store Return/Exchange Policies:

Didi Royale LLC offers a 7 day return for exchange only policy.

Customers who do not contact us within 7 days will be denied for store credits and exchanges.

Items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for the same or similar items.

Store Credits will be issued to customers based on requests only.

Returns for exchanges will be approved or denied within 2 business days.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer:

Customers can choose from the two options below:

Didi Royale LLC can send a return label which will be subtracted from the store credit balance or the customer can elect to pay for their own shipping and must provide the company with the courier tracking number.

If the shipping return tracking is not sent to us in 3 business days your return will be denied due to breach in this policy mandate.

Didi Royale LLC utilizes USPS - United States Postal Service to ship its products.

Damage returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a damage exchange at no cost to the customer. Immediate return mailing is necessary to certify claims.

Email to notify us of any damage issues within 24 hours of receiving the item to qualify.

Please supply photo evidence with the email.

We will issue a return label and will exchange the item for the same or similar item if we are out of that particular item.

Note: Didi Royale LLC carefully inspects all items before they are shipped out to avoid damages but may overlook things that you may catch which requires immediate notification to qualify.

Note: Didi Royale LLC reserves the right to deny fraudulent requests and they will not be honored.

Didi Royale LLC do not accept returns on the following products which are considered final sale:

Beauty products: Makeup and Tools







Sales items



All other items considered intimate in nature.


No refunds will be issued to customers.

We only offer store credit in lieu of refunds.

Refunds will not be issued to the original form of payment.

The cost of the initial shipping will not be included in the store credit since your order will be delivered as described.

Those who received free shipping will see the standard shipping amount subtracted from their store credit.

Fraudulent Returns/Exchanges:

Fraudulent behavior will not be honored by our company and will be reported to the proper authorities.

We reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges for any reason including but not limited to:




Damaging in attempt to qualify for a damaged return.

To requests store credit return or exchange please do the following:

Email with:

Provide your order number along with your name on the order.

Include the name or title of the item(s) being returned in the shipment.

Items not on the return email will not be credited or returned to you.

Provide a reason for your return in detail:

All reasons will be considered and a determination of approved or denied will be sent to the customer via email.

Vague requests may result in denials.

Determine how the cost of the return/exchange will be handled:
