Exchanges & Returns

Return Policy:

  • Customers must contact returns@didiroyale.com within 24 hours of receiving items they wish to return.
    • Requests will be based on USPS notification and requests after the window will be denied.
    • A $10 restocking fee will be assessed for all returns and will be subtracted from the total purchase price of the return.
    • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
    • This policy is strictly enforced.

Exchange Policy:

  • Customers must contact exchanges@didiroyale.com within 5 business days of receiving items they wish to exchange.
    • Requests will be denied if received after 5 business days from USPS notification of receipt.
    • Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
    • This policy is strictly enforced.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must contact cancellation@didiroyale.com immediately after ordering.
    • Processed orders cannot be cancelled.
    • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Fraudulent Returns/Exchanges:

  • Fraudulent behavior will not be honored and your request for returns or exchanges will be denied.
  • Fraudulent items returned will be forfeited at the customer's expense.
  • Fraudulent behavior will be pursued in civil court for egregious cases.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    We do not accept returns on the following products:

    • Beauty products: Makeup and Tools
    • Belts
    • Bodysuits
    • Handbags
    • Hats
    • Jewelry
    • Lingerie/Undergarments
    • Sales or Discounted Items
    • Scarves
    • Sunglasses
    • Other items considered intimate in nature or otherwise protected by law.

    Requests:

      • Email exchanges@didiroyale.com for exchanges.
      • Email returns@didiroyale.com for returns.
      • Email cancellations@didiroyale.com for cancellations.
      • Provide detail messages for returns and exchanges requests.
      • Provide photographs when possible.
      • A determination of approved or denied will be sent via email before you can return or exchange an item.
