Exchanges & Returns

We offer a 5 business day Exchange/Return Policy:

  • Customers must contact us within 5 business days of receiving items to qualify for an exchange and/or return per this policy.
    • Requests outside of 5 business days will be denied.
  • The following fees apply to all returns:
    • A flat $10 restocking and return label fee will be assessed for all returns.
  • The amount of the initial shipping fee will not be refunded on any exchange or return.
    • Cancellations are the exception to this rule. Items that do not ship and the order is cancelled before processing and shipping occurs will be eligible for a full return of the amount paid. 
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags/packaging attached.
    • Fraudulent behavior will not be honored and your request will be denied and fraudulent items that are returned will be forfeited at the customer's expense.
    • Fraudulent behavior will be pursued in civil court.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    We do not accept returns on the following products which are considered final sale:

    • Beauty products: Makeup and Tools
    • Belts
    • Bodysuits
    • Handbags
    • Hats
    • Jewelry
    • Lingerie/Undergarments
    • Sales or Discounted Items
    • Scarves
    • Sunglasses
    • All items considered intimate in nature or otherwise protected by law.

    To request an exchange or return please do the following:

    Email with:

    1. Name on the order and/or order number.
    2. Name of item being exchanged or returned.
    3. Please provide a detailed reason for your exchange or return:
    • All reasons will be considered.
    • A determination of approved or denied will be sent via email.
